Magnolia-licious Highlites have a must-do blog hop and a challenge called "home sweet home". They want us to make a home decor project. I made-over this for my Mother who favours dusky pink and greens, using K&Co papers and a combination of Promarkers and Copics to colour my images.
Now my Mum can be a little forgetful and so having a holder full of papers in her lounge to enable her to write things down seemed like the perfect time to use this sentiment by TPC Studios with some little Magnolia roses. I hope she appreciates the tongue-in-cheek humour.I adore this little Tilda all snug in her scarf, hat and gloves but I didn't want my gift to be something that Mum could use only in the winter months.
So I am also entering my home decor project into the challenge at Magnolia Down Under who have provocatively chosen the theme of "summer" (I've got snow!) and the other side of my cube contains this little sweetie, eating an icecream.

Hi Lesley
A truly beautiful (and useful) make for your Mum. I am sure she will love it.
If she is anything like my Mum she will say it is "too nice to use".
Great papers and image choices.
