Daniella and Jeffy in July for Everybody Art & Mo's Digital Pencil

How I wish the UK winter was behind us, together with this terrible virus.  I want to be here with the Hubster on Siesta Key beach in Florida like Mo Manning's Daniella and Jeffy in July

I took the photo of the beach on a previous trip to Florida and have merged it with these two cuties before colouring them with Copics and teaming them with these pretty summery papers.

If I can't be in the sunshine on the beach then what better place to be than in my Craft Croft making cards.  I am super delighted to have been asked to be a guest on the Design Team at Everybody Art Challenge.  Thank you Andrea.  This is a two-week challenge every other Tuesday and the theme from today is "Anything Goes"

Our January theme at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge is "Anything Mo's" as usual.  Why not pop along to Mo's Digital Pencil store and find some cuties to play along with us.

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
Crafty Creations - #417 and Cute Card Thursday - #668 - Anything Goes
Krafty Chicks - #541 Stamp Act
Simon Says StampSweet Stampin and Make my Monday - #139 who all want to see
Something New.  I have showcased Jeffy on his own before but Daniella is new to my cards.

Hot Days of Summer!

I spotted a challenge at  Mo's Clubhouse blog for "Hot Days of Summer" and I really wanted to play along.    My image is Jeffy in July and he is absolutely perfect for the card I needed to make.

I hand coloured Jeffy with Copics and Promarkers having dropped him into one of my own photographs of Siesta Key beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida.  I take pictures of cloudy skies whenever I have an opportunity and in fact I merged the sky (which was taken on a bridge in Florida) with my beach scene before adding Jeffy.   My papers are "Uncharted Waters" by Glitz, the sentiment is a Lily of the Valley stamp, the sun is a Papertrey Ink die and the flip flops are Dress it Up buttons. I used a Die-namics "6" too as the very special recipient of my card is about to have his 6th birthday.
In addition to entering at Mo's Clubhouse, I am also entering my card into the following challenges:
Make my Monday - The Sea
The Ribbon Girl - Anything goes (with optional stars and stripes); and
Creative Inspirations - Anything goes (with optional sketch)

Now I have to dash off and find a Christmas card and I'll be back tomorrow!!!
