Mojo Monday meets a Spoon full of Quixotic Elephant

My Mojo left me at about the same time as hubby left for skiing but he has met up with a family (who are regularly in Austria at the same time as Tom) where the Dad is Swedish so perhaps another hAnglar contact!  The need to actually do some work also got in the way of my playing this week - how very, very dare it - but I finally finished a card for Mothering Sunday.
I coloured the oh-so-cute hAnglar image with my Copics and Promarkers, glazed the leaves to give them some shine and then decoupaged the seed tray on the main image to give it some lift.
The plant tags on the larger hand-drawn version of the seed tray on the base of the card have the names of my Mum's children on them of whom I am Number Three.  All that took several hours.  I'm not very fast!  The typing of the sentiments took another 2 hours and drove me mad.  I actually have a similar sentiment to the one on the top in a Paper Pizazz pack but it was too big for the card and I spent an age trying to type it so that the "h" would just overlap the "C" of Cherish.  It's hard to get text to align nicely in Word when using different fonts and sizes but I managed in the end!
Papers are a mix  of Paper Pizazz and a pack called Heritage (I don't know who makes it - the cover is missing).  The border punch is MS and all the other bits are from my stash. The brilliant sketch which forms the top of my easel card is Mojo Monday and I am also entering it to the following challenges:
The Pink Elephant  - "ribbon";
Spoon full of Sugar - "spring is in the Air"  a good time to plant seeds then; and
Quixotic - "something for Mum"
I never win anything but I love the inspiration I get from these challenges AND I had fun making the card which was - as it should be - a labour of love for a very special Mum!
