Floral Fatasies meets Sir Stampalot

Sir Stampalot have just moved to larger premises and  have teamed up with Floral Fanatasies to celebrate.  There is mega candy on offer and a blog hop too and I have struggled all week to come up with a card to meet their challenge which is "moving".
After an abortive attempt at something completely different, I decided to use a doorway stamp by Dimension Fourth Ltd which I  have had for ages but never used on account of the fact that I didn't (and still don't) have an acrylic bloc large enough to accommodate it.

I printed it three times (once for the door and twice in order to decoupage the portico.  The black sign holder is cut from my Cricut and the picket fence and sunflowers are ancient and came from the Pound Shop when I first started crafting.
The doormat and Sold sign are word processed (the frog image is Clip Art)

And my favourite part is the door furniture. The letterbox is just some mirror card, the swanky door handle is a brad with a gem in it and the door knocker is a jewellery spacer with a jump ring hanging from it fixed with a brad.

Now I am off on another hop!  Thank you for stopping by

Hi Lesley

This is just fabulous, so well thought out with the sunflowers, picket fence and sold sign.

You can always use a tin lid or embossing machine plate as a mounting block, works fine.

Thank you so much for joining us at our Stampalot challenge and good luck with the draws.

Hi Lesley

Absolutely brilliant - I love it!!

Brenda beat me to it - I use one of my cuttlebug plastic plates when I am struggling to fit stamps onto an acrylic block.

Everything you have done is just gorgeous.

Thank you for joining in this special Stampalot challenge.

Love Jules xx
