Sarah Kay

I love this Sarah Kay image but I had quite a bit of trouble colouring it in and choosing a layout.  I think maybe the traditional red and green colours just don't thrill me when I make cards although I really love some of the ones made by the ladies I follow.  Anyway, I made two using a mix of papers and some Crafty Bitz toppers. The first one is watercoloured (which is better) and I used pro-markers on the second and didn't get it right although it doesn't look nearly as washed out in real life; a problem with the flash I think. (At least that's my story).
