A friend of ours recently broke her leg after she crashed her airplane!  I used the leg of one Magnolia image (wearing a boot) and attached it to the body of another one and then drew in toes on the boot to make it look like a plaster cast.  She even has a bandaid on her knee (which was actually part of the underslip from Tilda's dress).  I placed a picture of an airplane in Tilda's hand and added Prima flowers to finish it off.
