A Totally Gorjuss Sweet Stampin Sophisticat meets Papertake's Prairie Fairie for a One Stop Craft challenge with Paperplay's Penny Black Creative Inspiratio n

A dear friend of mine is going through a very difficult time. Paperplay has the perfect challenge for a "thank you or a good luck" card and Anne needs all the luck she can get right now. So using a great simple "sketch" from Penny Black and this cute little PB kitty, together with a newly acquired sentiment stamp by Kolette Hall for Studio G, I just had to make this card.
There are vast numbers of challenges currently running calling for my colour combo: Prairie Fairie wanted "complimentary colours" which was perfect for Papertake Weekly's "lilac and lemon" theme. Creative Inspirations wanted "white, yellow and green", and Sophisticat also requires "Mint Green, Lilac + 1 other colour + Flowers". Then Sweet Stampin has a "Spring" theme, well suited to this colour pallette and the pretty flowered paper by Wild Rose Studio, and Totally Gorjuss wanted "ribbon" which is included in the sketch. Finally, One Stop Craft wants our cards to "shine" so I glazed and decoupaged the balloons! 
I have never entered so many challenges all at once before but hopefully this lilac and yellow (mint green and white) spring-time, shiny, ribbon-decked good luck card will win me a challenge - and if not - then I was happy to make it for my friend!

    Hello my sweet blogging firend Lesley!! I have to come and tell you that you have MADE MY DAY!!!! The junior prom queen HAHAHA... But thank you so much as I do feel old!! That photo was taken in Veags 2.5 yeara ago but they tell me I still look the same as then. No secrets here. But I have found out the stress leads to wrinkles. I have found that out the hard way. LOL..
