Saturated Canary meets Sketch N Stash

My card was in the top three at Sketch n Stash last week and I was thrilled.  My matey, Julie, is responsible for this week's sketch so I had to have another go - this time using Whispy from the wonderful Krista at Saturated Canary where I think I'm just in time for challenge 23 "The Great Outdoors".

When I started my card I had every intention of entering into the "Turquoise, yellow and black" challenge number 13 at Loves Rubber Stamps  but whereas they do have some of Krista's images as rubbah on pre-order, they don't have this one which you can buy straight from Krista's store here.

I coloured Whispy in Copics and decoupaged her skirt and then her dress on top.  I'm not happy with the way I have done her hair.  I do struggle with hair.  But I'm thrilled with the grass and sky.  My papers are Graphic 45 and I've added the top of a Memory Box tree, some punched flowers and a Marianne Die corner.  My Whispy has been collecting wild flowers in The Great Outdoors in the basket.  The little tag is Stampin Up and the sentiment is Stamps Away.
