This is Lady of the Rose Garden by Lavinia stamps and you can find her
here. This was a card that just wouldn't come together and then suddenly did whilst I wasn't looking. The background paper is Prima and the horizontal piece might be Basic Grey, I'm not sure. The sentiment is Stampin Up mounted on another Stampin up label and punched with a Stampin Up punch on top of a Nestie die. I coloured my image with Copics and added a wide ribbon of tulle topped with a grossgrain ribbon and a bow.
