Prairie Fairies' One-Stop Stamptacular Cute Card (Thursday) for Papertake Weekly

Prairie Fairie want us to "Frame it in a circle" and I took this challenge seriously.  Papertake Weekly wanted "White and Bright" and I'm not convinced that my card actually meets this challenge in the way it was intended but I did try to emphasize the brightness of the moon in addition to using white ribbon and my main DP, by Stampin Up, being white and teal so I'm hoping I can get away with it.  Stamptacular are going with "Snips and snails and puppy dog tails" which translates to being a boy's card and I needed to make a card for the elder of my two nephews who likes nothing better than a spot of fishing (perhaps at night) for his "Summer Fun" - the challenge at The One Stop
My card actually looked more sophisticated without the fishing detail but the fish were needed for the recipient, a very young 28 old, and it took me hours and hours to prepare the fishing bits which are made up of two buckets of fish cut from a hAnglar image and a doctored image from a free colouring page for the rather jolly looking fish, together with lots of punched leaves.  The trees in the background are heat embossed with a new Wow powder I just bought and the image is by Inkadinkado. Cute Card Thursday has a "Whateva" theme so I'm entering there too!  One of these days my number might actually come up on a Random Indicator but until then...thank you for stopping by!
