Sweet Stampin with Simon Says

We have a delightfully easy sketch this week at Sweet Stampin.  I have chosen to use this cute litte nurse image from the lovely Heather at Pure Innocence.  Heather is our sponsor for August and her images are so lovely to colour.  Quixotic Paperie remains our sponsor this week though.
This card is for my older sister who has just been diagnosed with a serious illness and I have chosen to combine our sketch at Sweet Stampin with the challenge at Simon Says who thinks "we are all going dotty", with an extra option of using Prima Flowers.  I haven't used any designer paper this week because having changed my mind about the colour palette for the card three times and finally decided on orange and (for you Brits - what I like to call) Casualty Blue, I then discovered I didn't have any patterned papers to match. I used a spotty Sizzix embossing folder for the image background and a new EK Success punch for the bottom and I stamped my own polka dots using a Cover-a-Card background stamp by Impression Obsession.  The flowers are Prima and the sentiment is by Kolette Hall for Studio G.
