Flutter By Wednesday 91

Last week's challenge at Flutter By Wednesday is to make something with a "new" theme.  This card contains a new stamp by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD, coloured in Copics and Promarkers, and is the fulfilment of a New Year's Resolution to write to our friend in Prague.   Papers are from the Friendship Range of Paper Pizazz and the Hampton Art sentiment is by Kolette Hall for Studio G. 

For those of you who don't already know, Flutter By requires that projects contain butterflies, fairies or angels.
