Sketch Saturday #226

It's Saturday which means another fab sketch from
Sponsored by the wonderful
Bugaboo who have 7 digis to give away
Sorry I have been a bad visitor - I spent a few days in Prague and now I have my Mum to stay so I'm struggling to get around to my fave blogs.
I used a fun Bugaboo image on my card with our fabulous sketch this week.  I thought it would make a good invitation to dinner.  I coloured my BUG0065 - JJ Desperate Housewife - one of their polymer stamps which you can find here with Copics and paper pieced her apron using DCWV "Whimsy".  The background DP is DCWV "Nana's Kitchen" and the cutlery is Magnolia.  When I know who I am inviting to what, I will add an appropriate ticket to the clip - at the moment it's just holding the card closed for the photo because I made my opening where the two vertical panels break on the sketch.  An EK Success punch provided the edging to the image and the sentiment is one of several that came with the stamp.
I am entering my card
into Aud Sentiments Challenge #63.  They want to see "Something Funny, Hunny"
Pop on over to my fabulous team mates' blogs to see their wonderful inspiration and then get out your stash and play along with us.

Love, love, love this card. The papers are gorgeous. Fab colours. The paper piecing looks great on the beautifully grounded image. I love how you used the sketch to make a gatefold card and the knife and fork detail is brilliant. Love it.

Have a great weekend. I'm off to get beans. Xx

Now that is a cool idea! Love how you've paper pieced her apron and I am 100% in support of that sentiment.

Gorgeous card. I agree with this sentiment entirely! I hate how it takes forever to cook and clean up and only two minutes to eat it. Gimme a carry out any day! Fab papers, layout, Image and border too. Hugs, Jill x
