Winter Wonderland Challenge 36 and Blog Hop

I'm cutting it fine I know but I so enjoyed the first Winter Wonderland challenge in which I participated that I was determined to get in before the current challenge ends.  Their theme is "candy cane red and white" with the emphasis on the colours rather than the confectionery.  In all my stash - I couldn't find any basic bright red and white papers but I did manage to find this fabulous K&Co paper with a big red pointsettia on it and coloured this delightful Whiff of Joy image (who just happens to have a candy cane) using my Copics and Promarkers.  Finally I added some extra red and white in the vertical stripe, together with a sentiment.
Now I just have to go blog hopping!
It does seem strange making Christmas cards in February but I know I will be delighted that I did when December comes around!

When we started the Winter Wonderland challenge beginning last year I found it really strange making Christmas cards in May, but I tell you it paid off come December! So I really hope you stick with it and take some of the stress out of a busy enough time!

And your card is adorable, I'm in love with the pixie image and so many gorgeous details!

All the best of luck with the Hop candies and thanks so much for taking part :)
